Greg Stehman
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
My name is Greg Stehman, and I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family therapy degree from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. After serving 28 years in the United States Navy and experiencing firsthand the effects of infidelity, PTSD, family separation, career transition, anxiety, and depression, I decided to pursue a degree in Marriage & Family Therapy.
As a therapist, I desire to create a safe space for clients to explore their issues and concerns as they increase their own self- awareness.

What Our Clients Say
Real stories of transformation and healing. Hear from individuals and couples who have found clarity, growth, and renewed hope through our therapy sessions.
"Greg helped my husband and I create healthy boundaries, stay accountable, and start rebuilding a wreckage of a marriage. My husband and I still have a lot of work to do individually...and within our marriage. Only now we can do that work using proper communication, tools, and boundaries set to work through things in a healthy manner."
Charlene D.
"We were struggling with infidelity, grief, anger, distrust and resentment and did not know if we could make it through this. His guidance, support and counsel literally saved our marriage. We now have the relationship we always wanted, but did not know how to achieve it. We were given practical advice, homework and opportunities to learn how to effectively communicate with each other."
Carmen H.
"Greg is welcoming and easy to talk to, and I always leave feeling encouraged to take on the day. He has helped me a tremendous amount and I's recommend him to anyone I know who needs help."

No, I do not accept insurance. Over the years I have found that managed care insurance plans can often create more problems than solutions for our clients. Confidentiality is threatened, fees are controlled by the insurance agencies, and healing is delayed. At times particular plans do not allow for the best therapeutic interventions, limiting the much-needed help that a client is seeking and dictating the entire process of counseling. All of this happens at the expense of the client. Recommend that you call your insurance company and ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits. I can provide a superbill which is solely the client’s responsibility to file and accept whatever payment the insurance company is willing to pay.
I accept Cash, Check, and Credit Cards.
